Riley James Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms

Recently had a kitchen supplied and fitted by Riley James Ltd. Fantastic service by Justin and the team from the very start all the way through to delivery and fitting. Justin was extremely helpful throughout answering our numerous queries thoroughly and promptly. The quality of the kitchen, the fitting service and the after service care is second to none. We also had 2 bathroom suites supplied by Justin at Riley James. We thoroughly recommend Riley James Ltd if you are considering a new kitchen or bathroom suite.

The whole experience of having our two bathrooms re-fitted and refurbished was terrific from beginning to end. Justin's ideas and design made excellent use of both spaces, and his expert knowledge of the furniture and equipment on offer was second to none. He was always highly approachable and very helpful in his co-ordination of the project from start to finish, and effortlessly accommodated a couple of changes of mind on our part .

The fitters, James and Mark, helped now and then by Sean, worked almost unbelievably hard. Justin promised that both projects would be completed in a working week (about which I was a little sceptical). James and Mark completed the work in four days. They turned up at 7.30am and worked through to at least 7.00pm on all four days. They didn't even seem to stop for lunch... The quality of their work ( encompassing plumbing, unit fitting, carpentry, electrics, floor-laying and tiling) was excellent; there were no hiccoughs and no leaks or crises (or, if there were, we never knew about them). They asked about our preferences at every stage of the work and were friendly and funny: very quickly, I found myself actually enjoying a process that, after nearly six months of having a kitchen extension built and fitted by others) I had been rather dreading!

We would recommend Riley James to anyone thinking of having a bathroom (or kitchen) fitted. It's a Rolls Royce operation at a very reasonable price.

I used Riley James to install the kitchen at our previous house, we have since moved and wanted to update our kitchen at our new house, I did not hesitate to use Riley James again. Justin has such a great eye for detail; he ensured that the design of the kitchen met all our requirements and his experience was invaluable in bringing excellent suggestions to our new kitchen design. Justin was able to provide samples to ensure that we were happy with every angle. The quality of the kitchen supplied is great.

In terms of the kitchen installation, Justin recommended James and Shaun to carry out the fitting of the kitchen. They were absolutely brilliant, I cannot recommend them enough and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. Their work ethnic was amazing; I was fully consulted throughout the installation process, and was very grateful to their attention to detail. The finished kitchen looks amazing - we are very happy customers.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Justin had lots of good creative ideas to get the best use of space from our bathroom, making it easy to select from materials and fittings within the show room and from the various catalogues. We worked up the design through several variations, with Justin's advice from experience as a fitter, giving us confidence it could be delivered. The site team were superb, pulling 12 hour days to get the project finished before Christmas! Great finish and no issue post completion, although Shaun came back to check on everything. Great local firm and quality fitters- dont bother with B&Q et al.

The whole experience was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable advice, and an excellent design of my new walk in shower by Matt. Likewise Shaun who installed it could not have been more helpful and professional. I'm really pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I have just used Riley James for an en-suite installation and am delighted with my new bathroom. Excellent service from planning, supply of goods through to installation. Any questions I had were responded to quickly by Kayla. Kayla also visited after completion to ensure that I was happy with the work. The fitters Joe and Adam did a great job with the installation and tiling, arriving early and working late to finish the job. Nothing was too much trouble. They are very professional and were a pleasure to have in my house.
