Knowledgeable Staff prices ok for kitchen helpful when things went wrong and soon sorted problem

Had to return to shop four time now to rectify bits from the order....

The Magnet kitchen, now that it is fitted, is excellent. We are both very pleased with it. However, if you are looking for an efficient and trouble-free design, delivery and installation I suggest you look elsewhere. I cannot comment on Magnet fitting as a local fitter was used who, fortunately, has the skills required to overcome shortcomings in the design.
I could tell you how my delivery was arbitrarily cancelled, without informing me, because of an administrative error causing a two week delay. I could tell you about the numerous items missing from the delivery including cabinet handles. I could tell you how the cabinet handles were eventually delivered but were the wrong ones. I could tell you about how I was charged for an appliance that was supposed to be a free offer in the deal I agreed. OK, Magnet eventually refunded me a small sum (which fell far short of the cost of the free appliance) that I had suggested as a compromise because I am a reasonable man.
I could go on but I won’t. Dealing with Magnet and its employees destroys the will to live let alone write a review.

Staff courteous and helpful. Merchandise is nice quality at a reasonable price . Would definitely recommend.
