My kitchen hasn't actually been fitted yet, but has been designed, and I'm just waiting for it to arrive. I have to say that the whole process has been a delight, David and Vanessa are extremely experienced and understood what I needed, very quickly, and were able to come up with a design that answered all my requirements and shocked me at how reasonably priced it was. I tried three other designers and Kitchens By Design are hands down the best I've come across and I'm very excited that my beautiful kitchen will be fitted next week!!!

Everything is arranged for you, the hardest thing you have to do is pick your units , worktops and splash backs from their amazing range of very high quality designs. Their installation team is efficient and thorough and with Vanessa and David being there for you during the process you will soon have a beautiful kitchen. So glad I was directed to them , I now have a modern and very well arranged kitchen which I love.

From the design through to installation the service and attention to detail has been excellent from the team (Vanessa, David & Chris). The showroom, in Coleford, is a credit and major asset in being able to see the quality of the products on offer. Their design graphics brought it to life before installation, being very realistic, which helped immensely in making those final tweaks. The delivery and installation was on schedule and expertly installed. Suffice to say we are delighted with the kitchen and service received. In many respects - why would you go to others when you can be be assured of the service and quality of product.

We have been delighted with our new kitchen. David and Vanessa were extremely supportive and patient as the kitchen was designed. Chris was excellent in his management and execution of the installation. We had other personal issues to deal with at the time and Chris looked after our interests throughout. KBD pride themselves on their levels of service and they lived up to their own expectations.

We have been so impressed by the team at KBD. We were making a huge change to our home layout and Vanessa understood exactly what I wanted from her first visit - hence, when she gave us our initial design, there was very little that needed changing. Communication is excellent and they are always available for a quick chat about how things are going during your build. The fitting team are amazing - the best I’ve every dealt with in all honesty! Friendly, trustworthy and cleaned up after themselves every evening. Chris from KBD is meticulous about getting every item in your kitchen fitted perfectly - even working till later than expected to get the job done. The whole team liaised with all the trades to ensure the installation was seamless. This allowed us to just sit back and watch our incredibly high end kitchen take shape. It is, without a doubt, the kitchen we have always wanted!

Kitchens by Design Coleford was the fifth kitchen design shop we visited and asked to come up with a new design for our kitchen, which the builders were extending by incorporating the current kitchen ,the study and part of our garage. Vanessa’s design was original, but very practical and well thought through. Both Vanessa and David took time to go through the design, explaining their suggestions and listened to our ideas. They advised on elements that the new kitchen should have as well as highlighted elements that may be nice but not essential. They were always helpful, patient and easy to deal with, even when some key elements and scheduling had to be changed due to building issues.
Chris who fitted our kitchen was extremely conscientious and worked in a very tidy and methodical way with a good eye for detail.
After spending nearly 12 months researching for our new kitchen we were very fortunate to find Kitchens by Design Coleford who have provided us with a modern, practical and well laid out kitchen design that has been fitted to a very high standard and at a very fair and competitive price. Both the service, quality of the kitchen purchased and its fitting is first class. Providing us with a kitchen which we are thrilled with, and very grateful for.

We cannot speak highly enough of KBD. What a professional and caring company. David and Vanessa really looked after us from initial design concepts right through the project, including the terrible time we had with Covid delays on our build project. They bent over backwards to help us every step of the way. Chris and Jon were great on-site, getting every detail spot on. Out of all of the contractors we dealt with during our self-build project they were number 1 hands down - an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so happy with the kitchen and utility, and they also installed us some great fitted office furniture too! We would never go anywhere else for a kitchen. Oh yes, it is also great value for money!

We are so pleased that we chose KBD.
