My husband and I travelled all the way to see Sarah from London when I was 6 months pregnant as we just weren't finding what we wanted locally. It was the best decision. Sarah and her team were so accommodating and went through a range of designs (including our own ideas!) before us finally agreeing her design was the best. It was reassuring to know both the style and the functionality of the kitchen was being thought through by someone who truly understands kitchens. Sarah continued to edit the design of the kitchen whenever she thought of something that could improve it, the end result is beautiful and fully functional kitchen that we didn't think we'd be able to afford. Thank you Sarah!!!

Sarah Jane was really helpful with the design of our kitchen. She kept altering the plans until we got what we wanted. The kitchen we chose was very competitively priced. We used one of her fitters who did the job from start to finish with all the right tradesmen turning up on the right days. She didn't give us a hard sell but just really good advice. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We are so pleased we used Sarah Jane Kitchens Limited to design and purchase our new kitchen. Alisdair did an amazing job with the design, following our brief perfectly to provide us with a shaker style kitchen in sage green with a white quartz worktop. It complements the cottage so well and has that bit of wow factor we were also seeking. The addition of the standalone unit was a really nice touch and feature. We were so grateful for guidance on colours, worktops etc and nothing was too much trouble for this super local company in Stonehouse. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase a new kitchen, whatever the size and I am confident that Sarah will provide a first class after sales service should we need it. We were also extremely pleased with the kitchen fitter, Andy whose care and attention to detail were first class. Thanks to all of you for your brilliant service and personal touch in providing us with our dream kitchen.

We are delighted with our new Sarah Jane kitchen. Alistair was very helpful with the design of the kitchen and also the colours, and we are amazed how much bigger the kitchen looks now. The fitters were efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them, they paid great attention to detail. We have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Jane kitchens.

Supplied the kitchen fully complete on time ready for the fitting team who were recommended and we knew also from other recommendations received

Kitchen was paper midrange much better quality than the magnets 20yr old one it replaced.

Very pleased with it now it is all done. The design went well and they came up with some good solutions to use space in corners and to adapting the design to any customised requirements. The installation went very well and was finished very neatly and precisely and discussing exactly where to place wall shelves and some other items. The flooring is excellent. One thing that I wasn't expecting and in my inexperience of refurbishing kitchens was being left with the decorating. I felt that this should have been taken into account as some would have been much better done before or during installation. Anyway, it's done now and the whole effect is very pleasing. I think we made some good choices in work top which I really like and handle style and finish. I've been able to dispense with a free standing cupboard and the overall effect is of a whole area with more light and space and it just looks super and is good to work with. Of course, a glass splashback was also overlooked and is now going to be installed later, hopefully no more decorating to be done. But excellent kitchen now.

Sarah Jane Kitchens designed and supplied my new kitchen. I knew roughly the design I wanted but Sarah produced an excellent design and made some great suggestions for the all important details. She was very patient with our building delays and helped source appliances, all at reasonable cost. Overall very impressed with the service and value for money and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking kitchen improvements

Sarah Jayne: Professional, honest, good service.

Sarah Jayne Kitchens designed and supplied our kitchen. Alaisdair (the designer) listened to our ideas, provided some good suggestions and produced a design we were very happy with.

The kitchen was delivered on time and then fitted by Andy (who was recommended by Sarah Jayne). Andy did a great job and we were very happy with his work.

As to be expected with a complex project there were a number of small issues that Andy and Sarah (the owner) resolved in good time through liaison with the manufacturer.

The kitchen doors were manufactured by a company called Andoras Kitchens who manufacture under the Kitchencraft and Aisling brands and are a sister company of U form kitchens. They supply a lot of the independent kitchen companies.

In addition to the minor issues there was an issue with the fit of two curved doors (I believe they were a new product) which did not fit correctly. The route cause of the issue was due to the manufacture of the doors.

Andy and Sarah Jayne informed us of the issue with doors (we were on holiday for the last week of the fit) and liaised with the manufacturer to get the issue sorted. Resolving the issue was complicated but both Andy and Sarah Jayne acted very professionally to resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

Things often go wrong in complex projects and the mark of a good company is how they resolve them. Andy, Sarah and Andoras were open and honest throughout and I was never in doubt they would resolve the issue. Although I had some frustrations with the manufacturer, Sarah and Andy were excellent throughout.

I would strongly recommend using Sarah Jayne, and Andy. Despite my frustrations at times with Andoras I would also recommend them, they produce a good quality product and were eventually able to resolve the issues.
