Hi Russell. Please ensure you have your facts correct before writing reviews. We are sorry for any delay in your extractor being fixed and am sure this will be covered with your warranty conditions. Please note that we only supplied the gas hob to the property & did not install the appliance. This was installed by the plumbers working for the Building Developer, not by anybody from Love & Robinson. The Extractor was installed at the correct height, as it was initially installed above an electric hob. We have taken time out of our work schedule for something which is obviously not our fault. I hope this clears up any confusion.

Extractor fan fitted too low to the gas hob which inevitably caused a problem. Attempted to get it fixed under warranty but engineer was unable to work on it due to it not meeting gas safety regulations. Engineer and myself contacted Love and Robinson who assured me they would sort it. No contact after 1 week so called who promised me someone would be in touch very soon to come and fix the issue. Another week and still nothing.

I have to say ? what an excellent kitchen. Everyone that has come to my home comments on the kitchen. Fantastic looking and it still looks great two years on. I think the important thing is not to get confused with what Love and Robinson are responsible for and what your builder is responsible for. It is very easy to get the two confused and blame the wrong person .Great Service from Mike. They also built the units in my cinema room, again excellent, and my fitted wardrobes and again excellent and my wall unit, all first class.

Asked for a price to renovate our bedroom wardrobes, efficient service, fair price, currently waiting for the finished job when they’ve made them

Great quality and design. Very skilled fitting team. Just had two bedrooms done. Every little detail great and we're delighted. Would highly recommend 👌
