I would like to thank John Ladbury and Co for our fantastic, stylish, and practical kitchen. We are delighted with the end product. We had a difficult layout and you came up with great solutions. Thank you for being so patient with our indecisiveness during planning stage. You offered great advice alongside an excellent fitting service. All the fitters were very friendly when coming to the house to complete work, which is a bonus when you have little children in the home!

We are very pleased with both our new kitchen and recently-completed built-in dining area. The whole project has been completed to a very high standard. In particular, the kitchen started on-time and we had pleasant, professional craftsmen working on the fitting. Inevitably, there were a few nags and snags, which they fixed in a timely way. We have been using the kitchen since the late summer and everything looks great and works well. The initial design process was thoughtful and helpful. A new kitchen is a big decision and one wishes to engage trustworthy, professionals who care about their craft and reputation. With this firmly in mind, I am happy to recommend John Ladbury and Co to anyone.

Amazing service from start to finish and even beyond. Two years later I had a couple of problems (of my own making) Mandy was great sorting them out and she's always been on hand for advice and aftercare. Her planning and attention to detail is second to none. Loved my kitchen so much we got Alan to build us wardrobes too. After visiting a number of kitchen companies we managed to find the perfect choice in John Ladbury and Co. We visited their showroom and was met by Amanda. The kitchens on display had everything we wanted and more. Amanda expertly helped us make the right decisions. Our dream kitchen was installed last month and it looks amazing. The quality is second to none. As well as being handmade, it was installed by true craftsmen who's attention to detail was amazing. After a week or so of painting - yes they really are hand painted - the whole kitchen looks stunning. Every member of the team went the extra mile, Alan and Sam who fitted it, Mark who expertly painted it and Steve who went out of his way to find us exactly the right skirting board - to help us get the look we were going for. We wanted an exquisite bespoke kitchen and the expertise of a professional to guide us through the process. Having visited endless showrooms in London we decided to look out of town, as nothing had really stood out. It took less time to get to Welham Green, through the countryside, than it did to get to parts of London! It was also a bonus to be able to park, easily. Not something you take for granted. We knew we had found that extra special 'something' from the moment we entered the showrooms. The quality and craftsmanship were outstanding. All our boxes were ticked, at last. There was no 'hard sell' as the kitchens spoke for themselves, most eloquently. David, Steve, Joe, Sam and Mark were exemplary at every stage and did us proud. What a dream team they are. If like us, you are after the very best, then it is undeniably Ladbury for you.

The whole process from design through to fitting and painting was first class . David’s design and recommendations were fantastic and he was patient and great to deal with from start to finish . His fitter , Alan , was equally brilliant and his attention to detail and skill were great to see . Nigel painted the units and again was brilliant . All in all I couldn’t be happier that we used David and his team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are looking for a fantastic new kitchen.
