Excellent service, ideas and end result – can’t recommend enough.

After several months visiting the larger kitchen suppliers, I happened upon Saffron. They gave me a comparison quote which was certainly still within budget. The team took time to listen to what we wanted, put together a 3D plan and offered suggestions to make the design exciting.

The quality of cabinets was excellent, as was the choice of styles for doors and worktops. There seemed to be something for every budget – I thought the lower end of Saffron’s range was a better finish than the upper end for other retailers.

They sent a schedule through of what would happen and when so we were informed at every stage. Installation was again excellent – our fitter Max had to accommodate some meters into the cupboards which he did beautifully.

What makes Saffron different? The care and attention they take with planning, the craftsmanship and the flexibility to supply non-standard items (eg build a surround for tall cabinets to sit within).

First class service from start to finish. Having been put in touch with Saffron, it was evident after our very first meeting that they understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. Having dealt with Saffron a few times in the past for smaller pieces of work, we were comfortable with choosing them for a full kitchen refit.

The entire process was very smooth, from design and specification through to fitting and completion. There were one or two inevitable niggles along the way, but these were dealt with professionally and promptly. The project ran exactly to schedule, minimising the time that we were without access to a kitchen.

The workmanship was excellent, as is the quality of everything supplied. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Used Saffron to refurbish water damaged kitchen cabinetry after a flood. They were very professional in quoting, coordinating and doing the job. They were excellent at following up all details. The installer was on time and very effective. Not the cheapest but worth the cost - I am very happy!

Excellent team of friendly professionals. Workmanship was superb and no sales pitch! Always customer focused, knowledgeable with affordable suggestions for our new replacement cupboards, work top, basin, taps and spot lights to enhance what was a dark and tired space. What a brilliant company to deal with! Attentive, professional and friendly approach throughout our kitchen refurbishment project. Saffron replaced the doors on our existing kitchen units and also laid new floor and wall tiles and from initial consultation to final fix we had every confidence in the team working on our kitchen.
