Wren Kitchens

We decided to get a new kitchen fitted and we went to several different kitchen showrooms, including Wren in Oxford.

We were very impressed with the service we got from Wren. Our kitchen designer Shuaib was nothing short of amazing.
On our first visit we spent 3 hours with him talking through what we wanted and he got to work on the design and layout of our kitchen. His knowledge and input was excellent he made some good recommendations and put our concerns to bed.

We felt at ease and where not rushed at any stage. Our second visit with Shuaib was just as important and we made a few more alterations to the design. Shuaib was more than happy to make the changes as he wanted us to be happy with the final design.

We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost of the Wren quote was compared to other leading kitchen providers.

We ordered the kitchen and requested delivery within 14 days which was a tight timeline. Wren did not let us down the delivery arrived as scheduled and everything was delivered with nothing damaged.

The units all come pre maid with doors that click into place no drilling or cutting needed. My kitchen fitter said it was a dream to fit. The kitchen itself is solid with deep cupboards and softly closing as standard.

We are so pleased that we went with Wren.
The entire process from booking an appointment with a designer to booking subsequent appointments was seamless.
The Wren app is fantastic and easy to use.

Shuaib followed up even after the delivery to make sure that we were happy and if there was anything else that they could do.

Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered our kitchen during the pandemic securing the price by paying a deposit. There was no press wire to purchase. We delayed our order delivery by 12 months which was not a problem. We were visited by a surveyor who was very professional. We were encouraged to go in to the store to place the order and we’re able to change our order prior to the delivery date. The order arrived on time and additional items ordered after the kitchen was delivered arrived promptly. The kitchen is as described. Very pleased.

Stuart Hill at the Oxford branch helped us design and supply both our Kitchen and Utility. He was professional, enthusiastic and personable which made the process easy for us. All goods arrived on time and in full. Thanks Stuart

We worked with Stuart Hill to help shape and create the design of our new kitchen and utility room. Stuart offered expertise, advice and options to help move us from initial ideas through to a kitchen and utility design we are really happy with and excited about getting.

He patiently dealt with the various questions and queries we had and the result of which will be a fabulous kitchen and utility room for our home.

The showroom in Oxford was lovely. Natasha out designer was fabulous and designed our kitchen really well suitable to our budget.
That’s where the good points end. 4 new worktops later, stress and terrible customer service from the head office and we had to claim compensation for utter waste of time we have had to endure. Do NOT use their fitters if you can and good luck getting an answer out of their customer service team. Only had the kitchen just over a year.

Stuart Hill was always very attentive and listened to what I was wanting, he always kept me in the loop and was happy to keep changing things when I wanted to ‘check’ or just to simply ‘see’ what we was designing - our kitchen came with no faults and now looks absolutely amazing! I’m very happy with the quality of the kitchen and with Stu’s help!

Both my wife and I would like to thank Stuart Hill for the professional manner in which he carried out and presented our new kitchen design. During the time spent discussing the layout Stuart always had a friendly attitude, was patient and went that extra mile. His final design meets all our expectations.

Can not rate higher enough for the service throughout the process of buying a kitchen. The instore design team was great, really patient and supportive, the delivery team was efficient friendly and on time. We have had one issue, which was a one off but was fixed promptly. Few issues with a appliance which was resolved, this was mostly due to the current economy. Great fitting service to.
