Getley Kitchens & Bedrooms

This is possibly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Apart from the extremely shoddy quality of their cabinets they also have terrible customer service. They sent us the wrong carousel unit, then tried to charge us to replace it, even while acknowledging that they sent us the wrong one. When we disputed the charge they then issued a ccj against us without contacting us to tell us they had done so, and then demanded £25 to cancel it - after once again accepting they were wrong to do it.

If that's not incredible enough, then then refused to provide any evidence of cancelling the ccj (once they had effectively blackmailed us into to paying to cancel it), and 8 weeks later it is still outstanding against our name.

So stay well clear of this dreadful company. There's far better carcass manufacturers out there, producing much better quality carcasses, and that won't rip you off.

Poooor driving! Delivery man cutted minicab with passengers on board on M25 MOTORWAY!!! and scrached him! Then tried to run away but finally stoped. This is unacceptable!

Awful experience with Getley, used a kitchen fitter who supplied Getley kitchen, but ran off half way through the job, and did not order the complete kitchen. Tried to contact Getley directly to order missing pieces, Getley were not interested at all in helping... tried using another fitter, who created an account with Getley, which took an age to setup, and then Getley sent the wrong missing pieces, instead of doors, they sent missing panels... if anyone at getley reads this and would like to try and make amends, please get in touch... I would really like a finished kitchen :-(

High quality goods , well run and managed . Staff helpful , transport could not be mote helpful . M.D was also approachable and helpful .

Didn't include a lot of relevant hardware, was extremely late multiple times, didnt include drawers which i then had to buy again, didnt send items to the correct requested address - i am never using this company again.
