Wren Kitchens

Great experience from start to finish. I didn't use the fitting service as I had my own fitter. He found fitting the kitchen extremely easy as everything was supplied. Good quality units and nothing missing. Customer service extremely helpful too. Would highly recommend.

Our designer was very friendly and couldn't do enough for use. She searched for door handles when they didn't have quite what e wanted. she amended the design when asked and was able to suggest ideas from her experience.
The fitters were brilliant, and even made me a bread board from left over worktops.
I have been using the kitchen for a couple of months and it works beautifully, I love the pull out drawers and cabinets.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wrenn from my experience with them.

The whole experience from going to Wren Showroom at Rushden Lakes to the completion of the kitchen installation was great.
All the people from kitchen designer Hollie to the team at Lifetime Installations were very helpful and everything progressed on time and according to plan. We would have no hesitation in recommending this team

I wasn’t going to consider Wren as I thought they were too expensive. But on the off chance we went in. We were greeted by Charlie who really took the time to listen and understand both what we wanted and what we were concerned about price wise. We sat with him came up with a plan, looked at different possibilities and we were amazed that we could have everything we wanted within our budget!
Everything from that point was streamed perfectly.
Measuring, customer support, delivery and after sales have been great. We are delighted with our new kitchen and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend

The kitchen designer was good, albeit was late for his appointment and we got on well with him. Agreed a design and went into store a week later and signed up. A further week later tried to sort finance, but trying to get hold of anyone in the store, IE answering their phones is a challenge. It just rings and rings. Eventually applied for finance, no response from Wren for over a week and had to chase. We had called Barclays to be told that the retailer will call you to discuss, they didn't. After waiting another few days decided to cancel through lack of contact and not being able to speak to them, so walked into Rushden only to be met with a rude, condescending female whilst her colleague watched on and ate his Harribo. Told it's not our (Wren's) fault, we wouldn't call you if there are issues with your finance, is your project unaffordable to you now? was the response from her. I have never felt so intimidated, uncomfortable and been treated so rudely in a retailer, ever. If you want a refund of your deposit call head office - thanks then!

The designer listened to my particular needs and incorporated them.
Everything arrived on time.
The kitchen fitter was excellent and was very patient when unforseen problems arose.

Paid in full for new kitchen and fitting. Day of installation is a no show. Three different versions as to what’s happening. Some versions are lies. Rude customer service as we try to make sense of the chaos. We are still without a kitchen and are 13k down. Avoid.

Attempted to purchase from Wren Kitchens, the measure up appointment was fine and the chap was polite and friendly.
However miscommunications began immediately after when passing info to the ‘kitchen designer’ in the show room. I was phoned up by a rude woman implying we didn’t meet their 5 unit rule to obtain discount. We’d never mentioned discount and only wanted 3 units which we were happy to pay full price for. Instantly she couldn’t be bothered to see us and sit down with us, so our appointment that was pencilled in the diary all of a sudden was ‘taken’ so after a polite request to book us in for later in the afternoon we were met with someone else who also showed very little to no interest in helping us, as it was clear we weren’t buying enough from them to make it worth their while basically. We have since been to howdens and had a fantastic service their and since speaking with neighbours and friends it seems they’ve all had negative experiences at Wren kitchens also. Avoid!
