Have used for many years. Great service from very knowledgeable sales team. Most recent visit - wanted a bread knife for Sourdough for my social enterprise baking project - Doughability. Got to hold and feel the balance of a number of quality knives. Went for Robert Welch. Can;t do that on Amazon! Foodie heaven for kit.

Good level of varied stock.
Price a little higher than other places.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Nothing too much trouble and always someone there to answer questions or help in general

The staff go above and beyond. I visited the shop and had my eye on some faux flowers. I wish I picked them up and live quite far away so I contacted the shop and within a day they had sent me them on the post! The shop is beautiful too and stock such great products, highly recommend, thankyou!

Absolutely enormous selection, the shop goes on for miles! The staff really are the best too; they really know what they're talking about, are happy to help you and go above and beyond. If something is out of stock, they always call to let me know when it's back or offer to post it to me or find it in another shop. I was especially impressed today when one lovely lady spent a long time wrapping some presents up for me after I chose some paper out - even though they don't actually offer a wrapping service! The level of service you really appreciate.
