Poor customer service. Looking for larger stone from their another depot in Hook and centre in West Thurrock creating problems in getting it since weeks and weeks. Due to internal sales issues, they dont mind customer waiting holding off their kitchen! They totally lack how to serve customers who are ultimate buyers! Very poor organisation, best to look alternatives!

They never answer their phone and their stone yard is so infrequently open, we'll never know if their products are any good. Just can't be bothered anymore.

Mediocre quality product and if you want any form of after sales customer service do not use this Company... very hard to get any support and if you do manage to it's slippery shoulders time!
