A busy shop which is well staffed with friendly people who know and understand the products and can offer useful advice on the whole range of products available. I have yet to buy a item that is not a well manufactured premium product. I have only ever had one issue and it was not a problem exchanging the item. Keep up the good work.

I was served by a trainee who was being supervised and he was very helpful to me as when I brought the product he straight away took it out of the packaging and told me how to use it safely as it would use hot water in it for making coffee.
I thought this was good of him as I might have missed used it and scolded myself.
I thought it was such good service I came back with my partner a few mins later to buy another product as we where both happy with the service :)

The shop was laid out lovely and easy to browse, I approached a sales assistant with some questions on pans. I found the assistant very helpful and knowledgeable. With this service and friendless I decided to buy a range of your saucepans. I must say they look very classy and love them!!

Great shop in the Quays, it had a good selection of kitchen knives, including the blade shape that I was looking for. Shop was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and not pushy. Allowed me to choose what I wanted, but I felt that if I needed help they would have been a short step away.

Once I had selected the item I wanted the staff provided information on how to treat the item and clean it plus made sure I signed up for the 25 year guarantee.

Will use them again when I want to upgrade to the Damascus folded steel knives.

I wanted to buy my son a Chef's knife as a birthday present and visited the shop to see what was available.
One of the assistants(manageress?) talked me through the whole range and pricing/quality structure, including the sharpening techniques.
She was very knowledgable indeed and helped me make the right choice without appearing to put me under any pressure to buy anything at all.
An enjoyable shopping experience.

Lovely friendly service! I was using crutches as I have broken my leg and the ladies were so helpful and kind it was a pleasure to spend time in the shop. They explained how the magnetic knives boards worked and nothing was too much trouble - I will definitely be back!

when walking into procook, we were greeted by smiles and a good afternoon from the staff( this had not been my experience in other shops). My 5 year was spoken to & he lapped up the attention. He was getting very fed up shopping. One lovely lady offered my boy an apple as he was hungry. This was so kind and unbelievably generous of her. My son was now happy and my husband and I were able to choose the items we wanted. Instead of pricing up until payday, we bought our items and after such a helpful ( info was given about what different knives too). We will definitely be purchasing all of our kitchen item from pro cook due to this positive shop exotic. Happy customer, Thank you 😊

Lovely shop, always clean and sophisticated. I recently went in with some pans that I had bought online, whose non-stick coating was faulty. They replaced them for me quickly with no issues.
