Worktop Express - Harlow

Really happy with our worktop from worktop express. We ordered a full stave Black American Walnut from the showroom in Harlow. The lady there was really helpful and we had lots of opportunities to check and double check our measurements before delivery. Worktops arrived exactly as we asked in perfect condition and they look amazing! I love them. Happily oiling them every week now for 6 weeks using the maintenance kit. And they look better and better every time we oil them.

Don't touch these sharks. told us product was end of line so was a little cheaper,(still £165. for a sink) when we got it through It was checked and looked fine. when item was being fitted we noticed a fine crack in the surface that goes right through the sink but that had covered it over with some sort of mastic/ filler. company was shut over Xmas so we had to fit it or have no sink. Now we have contacted them and they say we should of checked it when.it was delivered but quite clearly in the pics the have deceived us by trying to cover the problem, now are offering a 10% refund. Quoting their right that the goods should of been checked. Absolute jokers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR SELLING SUBSTANDARD GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN TOSHED UP AND SOLD TO THE PUBLIC.

The staff in their showroom were so helpful and patient, really helped us make the right decision when we couldn't make up our minds! Have purchased a worktop from Worktop Express before with no problems whatsoever so you can see why we've gone back!

We ordered a pre-oiled worktop to get a professional finish (you still need to oil it after installation). Good advice and friendly, knowledgeable service. Delivery was next day and also good. A quality product at a reasonable price.

Had, what I wanted, Billy was very helpful. Only problem is that they are a little expensive on their cutting charges. Therefore taking it out of my picture sadly.

Excellent advice and support prior to purchasing.
Unfortunately the solid worktops arrived with scratches all over them and we only realised when they were cut and installed by our kitchen fitters.
Shockingly Worktops Express refused to take any responsibility for delivering damaged goods, suggesting sanding them down in order to remove the scratches.
Apparently this is written in the small print of their website but their sales team didn't mention this when they gave us the installation instructions. A real shame....Not happy. :(

We didn’t end up purchasing a worktop with them as they didn’t have the design we were after, but I absolutely cannot fault the customer service.
The gentleman who served us, followed up our visit with multiple quotes via email within a few hours, and went out of his way to call us a number of times to get our thoughts and see if he could help us make a decision.
