Absolutely lovely people! The newly refurbished Magnet really gave us a personal touch. The Assistant Manager Anika was amazing, she did a beautiful job on helping us design our kitchen at a reasonable price. Each member of staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be coming again.

Magnet is a great place to go and see all the different options for kitchens. Working with Angela has been amazing, helping us perfect the designs in the most effective and stylish way.

By far one of the best kitchen design experiences. A well rounded team who co-ordinate together and helped me find my dream kitchen. I made a few changes and they accommodated me in every step of the way. I’m truly mind blown by the service, definitely recommending this to friends and family. Tania was one of the best designers I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Amazing team, not enough could be said about how good they were. Thank you!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Magnet in Wimbledon and was stunned by the incredible service and friendliness of the staff along with the overall upkeep of the store.

I walked in unsure of what I needed but Tania was exceptionally helpful in helping me design my dream kitchen. I cannot recommend this particular store enough! And thank you Tania for your attentiveness, professionalism and all round service.

Tania was fantastic, she completely got us and designed our perfect kitchen when we were unclear ourselves, she found the vision of what we wanted and needed.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. With Tania we feel we have someone on our side through the whole process.

Friendly, helpful and patient service at the South Wimbledon branch. You really get the feeling the team are as invested in the project as you are and want to delight you all the way. Our designer Tania was so kind and friendly - finding solutions for us and happily incorporating new ideas along the way. Her manager was also very helpful and attentive during our visits and they both went out of their way to make this a really positive experience for us. We agreed on our kitchen design today and the project is scheduled to begin on the 6 February -exceeding our expectations as we thought we would be waiting until March/April for the work to begin! Thank you for all your help. I Would highly recommend visiting this branch if you are thinking of designing a new kitchen.

Absolute jokers - don’t buy from here!!! Wrong items delivered multiple times, booked the wrong collection of old kitchen many times. The gloss units collect a weird dust on them, I got wrong door colours, wrong end strips, and their communication is disgusting. 18 phones calls, and 6 months later and my island is still not completed! Utter cowboys and incompetent staff.

We went to Magnet today excited about our new house and kitchen plans. We were greeted by a really nice customer service rep called Anna who was helpful and informative. She advised a kitchen designer called Nirvani was available and for us to wait while she goes through the plans we have sent. We see Nirvani and she is all giddy walking about in the showroom on her mobile and personal call. We waited patiently as we had our kids with us and Anna reassured us that Nirvani is busy but will be with us in a while. We waited around 20 minutes and saw Nirvani was talking to the trade staff who greeted us and Nirvani saw us and continued chatting away. Because she wasn't fussed about us hearing her, she spoke and laughed loudly so it was obvious through hearing her conversation, she was not talking about work but rather using this time to chat. We were then approached by Anna who advised us that her manager told us we shouldn't get a quote as we haven't had planning permission for our place. We explained permission was only required for the side extension and pretty sure most people can get a quote without jumping through hoops, she went back to speak to her manager. We were appalled by Nirvani's unprofessional behaviour, making us wait for 30 minutes before the manager advised through Anna that she didn't want to give us a quote. We walked away feeling very disappointed at our first experience at Magnet, especially given we were really keen on getting a kitchen for our new detached house.

My husband called later today to speak to the manager as we were sure we were very much mistreated especially we had all the intentions of getting a quote and kitchen. However, Nirvani picked up the phone and upon hearing his wish to speak to the manager, proceeded to transfer him to the trade manager! Of course the guy had no idea why Nirvani would transfer the call to him so after a short wait, my husband finally spoke with Angie who didn't realise we were waiting for so long or that her staff was walking around laughing and chatting away rather than work. There was only one other customer there today and yet everyone was on their computer browsing rather than serve the customer. The only person worth any credit was Anna but even her hands were tied. We were told to send the plans and after a long wait, it was all for nothing. First experience and most likely last with Magnet. Nirvani should really get some performance review or such because it was pathetic how behaved.
