We often go there, they have lots of different people working in the shop, but I wouldn't say any of them were arrogant. They were knowledgeable and helpful and that's why we keep going back every now and then. Thx!

Visited at 4 PM on 24th June - called earlier to check availability of online stock in store and was assured it was available. Purposely did a trip to the store only to find it's in fact not the same product. Went in only to be greeted with silence and stares. Not a smile in sight. Staff was obviously untrained and unknowledgeable and didn't know the differences between various lines. I was looking for a specific pot and yet the staff kept trying to convince me it's another pot. Have been a loyal LC user for years and the bad service I received today was unacceptable. Never again to the Upper St store!

Amazing customer service. Ryan helped me out and was super professional. He Definitely generated repeat/return business. The handle on my pan was damaged and I was sold a new one. Ryan helped me fit and more importantly, left such a good impression that when I do want to buy a more expensive item, I'll be knocking round the Islington branch of Le creuset first.
