Disgusting sales approach. Day down with designer who was really great. The quote came to £40+k then they discounted it by £29k straight away. We walked out as they are clearly trying to pretend they have a premium product by massively inflating their prices.

Magnet have delivered an excellent kitchen in terms of their unique colour schemes and design.

However, I am absolutely appalled at the service provided from the Enfield branch of magnet and in particular sales assistant, Angelo.

We had our kitchen fitted over a year ago now and one year on it is still not completed. After several attempts to contact Angelo (who is our point of contact) we have received no response. It is either no response or a promise to come and see to the issues but no avail.

We were given a leaky tap which has since been fixed but is very stiff. On top of this the border underneath the freestanding cooker has still not been installed.

As a customer who has paid a lot of money to have a custom built kitchen this is something which I did not expect. Especially, from a reputable company like magnet. So to put it simply, avoid the Enfield branch if you’re looking for a good customer experience.

We originally was looking at getting our kitchen through B&Q but when we went in for an appointment we was not overly impressed by the kitchens or the design...this was a total different story in magnets where we had someone could tell knew what she was talking about. It was a simple choice in the end yes you end up paying more but we felt it was well worth it.

Appalling customer service. They almost don’t want to deal with you. I was spoken to as if I am not a serious customer and was referred to as ‘probably coming from Wren’. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I love a particular kitchen from Magnet but I almost don’t want to go for it because of the customer service. If you want to hear condescending remarks and be made to feel like a nuisance, then Enfield Magnet is the place to go!

Really bad experience with this store. From start until now 6 months later. Terrible designer, had to assist a lot with the design myself. When reviewing the order list I had to spend 6 hours (4 hours in store with the team to correct them) of my own time checking the order and making sure it was correct. When paying for the order I wasn't given the order print at the time. After the order wasn't saved (even though I paid) and the order was made up at a later stage. Delivery was later than promised. When delivered many items were missing. Some items were wrong and needed replacement. Other items were damaged. Some items that were delivered had other customer names on it so it is a GDPR Data Privacy issue. It took months to sort out all of these issues. It costed me a lot of time and money. It had to be escalated to many different teams. Even now I still have issues and the Magnet colleagues are not really helping and keep making excuses. I have a whole load of items (worth £1500) left over that I didn't need/order and will cost me money to throw away, Magnet doesn't care. I have damaged panels that are not being replaced. I have items that don't fit and are not being exchanged. I really suggest any customer reading this, do not buy from this store.

Would not recommend this kitchen company to any other client. Not only they delivered some of the panels damaged (Luckily only on the back side, so not visible and we did not have to return). But wrong color of 2 end panels, and then asked the client to come and pick it up him self...

Because they won't just deliver 2 panels, but when client told them he will send us to collect and charge them for delivery they managed to deliver the panels within 2 hours... Also some back panels were water damaged

Trade section of this store is absolute disgrace. Staff seems to be overstretched and stressed hence no interest what so ever. Waste of time. I purchase at least 4 kitchens every year as a landlord and a part time developer never experienced such badly run kitchen store ever. My first dealing with them was in Aug/Sep 2020 design and order went well as i have been lucky enough to be served by a young chap who was from different store but was temporarily placed at Enfield. Few items were missed from delivery, few items were sent wrong and they were horrible to deal with to get these sorted but we got there in the end. Constantly i have told someone is off sick, they are very busy, bla bla. Now i have tried to purchase second time as they are local to the house i have recently purchased and the service gone from bad to horrible. Again same stories of people called in off sick, very busy, not interested and generally arrogant. I end up ordering from Reading branch 60 miles away who have been very professional, polite and prompt. Magnet as brand have good quality kitchens just stay away from this particular branch.
