Kutchenhaus Finchley Road

Very happy with the service we received from Kutchenhaus from design through to delivery. We noticed some damage to the one of the units after worktop had been fitted. I reported this and a new end panel to our island was ordered and replaced at no extra cost. We are delighted with the quality of the finished kitchen and of the appliances ordered..

A wonderful service, inspiring and really helpful. Although we are not able to go ahead with the proposed purchase and design at this time, we really loved it and had a great experience with Dominic who was enthusiastic, patient and not pressurising at all - thank you! We will happily recommend you.

I am a designer and was on my way to a client and saw the display kitchen in the showroom and had to take a closer look , Dominic the designer was very capable and professional and worked out a functional and aesthetic design solution for my kitchen. The installation has just been completed by Marius their fitter and has exceeded my high expectations, I would recommend them to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Shocking recommendations on products which repeatedly breakdown. Then Finchley Rd Kutchenhaus pass you on to Respond Services , who have arrived every time, without equipment or parts.1 year on and we've had a broken fridge which needed replacing (Progress...don't agree to this suggestion) and took weeks, and now a broken Progress dishwasher, for the last 8 weeks. Respond Services book 2-3 wks in advance then make you rebook again when they turn up without parts. :/ Never again! MHS, W. Hampstead.
