We had an extension built and right from the off of just a concept with no drawings Magnet were able to offer advice and concepts. Several other kitchen companies refused to look at us until we had a full set of drawings.

Hence we went with Magnet. This was the third kitchen I'd had and I knew that bits go missing, bits are wrong and things are tricky at the start. The same was true here. But it's not how right things are that the measure of Magnet, it's how they dealt with the problems. Everything was done to make it right - no problems was too large - we had extra doors ordered, cabinets changed - it was all smoothed out by Magnet - even in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic.

Everything was done properly and in good time - overall excellent!

As for the quality - our fitter (not from Magnet) was impressed with the built quality of the carcasses and now we have a superb kitchen that's breathed new life into our home. All thanks to Magnet.

Untrustworthy staff at the worcester branch, be very careful using them. Also incompetent, especially Christian. The manager Mark is not a very nice person either. Just keep well clear!

Jennifer Flood is absolutely fantastic and we are thrilled she is our consultant! She is a smiley, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and efficient asset to Magnet. Very helpful

Having read previous reviews I thought I'd made a good choice with this company for my kitchen. However they failed to deliver on the agreed date and this subsequently caused me a financial loss having to pay my fitter to build the flat packs when I had taken time off work to complete this task, pre install by an employed fitter. Also one of the items was not as described and I ended up having to purchase another cupboard for which Magnet said they would reimburse me, but to date have not done so. Customer service has been next to useless and failed to understand the exact nature of my complaint. This is now I the hand of a solicitor to recover additional costs. This has probably been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone soon.

Received kitchen from there. Got it back to the property, unpacked and installed kitchen. Most of the pieces were there and they supplied them when asked. Friendly staff.
