Ordered two knives for a present a week before Christmas, and even with the post/courier’s being very busy I received my order in time for Christmas. Very happy with the knives and will be ordering some for myself in the future.

Automatic age verification is not working (but still spamming you with it to insanity), couriers appearing at random hours, customer service not replying to emails after the first one (very nice and helpful when they do reply, it just doesn't happen later).
Good pricing, but absolutely not worth the hassle if you're not a professional chef ordering £5000 worth of Japanese carbon steel knives for your business. If you just want a £30 whetstone or a knife rack go to a supermarket and be done in 30 mins instead of getting progressively angrier over a week.

Ordered a "Special offer" set of Global knives G636/6B, specifically so that I would not have doubles. A great set by all accounts. Received G636/05ST (The set released before the one I ordered) and a free set of scissors (Bonus - or so I thought). My partner opened the knives/scissors before I got home and showed me and it transpired two of the knives were different in this set. Got in touch, sent photos etc and a return was arranged after 3 days negotiating! Replacement set received was exactly the same. It took a further week of negotiating, 2 more members of staff and sending more photos to arrange a second return, and they are now charging me £11.99 for the free scissors (which would not be worth £11.99 if they were gold plated!). They wanted to charge £17.99 till I pointed out the current selling price on their website, but they reduced it as "A gesture of good will". It transpires none of their stock matches what they are advertising as a G636/6B set on the website. So I'm 3 weeks in, 2 sets of the wrong knives, and I'm £11.99 out of pocket. Pathetic!

I recently purchased Wusthof items from here, after my purchase I had a look on here and immediately got nervous. I called the customer service team which is indeed a genuine number - one review I read said that it wasn't a real number, totally false! The person I spoke to was so kind and reassuring and told me that they were very aware of the reviews on here, he referred me to Feefo for peace of mind, which are reviews from verified customers. I have since received my items, I am so so happy with them and the service I received from start to finish was immense. The delivery was delayed and I was kept up to date by email and everything told to me came into fruition. I will leave a review on feefo also but wanted to leave one here to advise that this company went above and beyond for me, please ignore the negative reviews, my experience was 10/10 and will definitely be back.
