Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery Bury St Edmunds

Salesmen took incorrect measurements which resulted in the cabinets supplied not fitting. Much of the order was missing, every single day of the fit I was having to ring Benchmarx after we discovered yet another item missing.

To add insult to injury I was overcharged thousands, even being charged for an appliance I'd purchased from another retailer. I only realised this after comparing the list of paid for components against the delivery notes. The salesman, (Scott?) was reluctant to furnish me with the components list to check off, I wonder why? [hmm]

The finished kitchen I am pleased with, but the customer service was appalling.

Bury St Edmonds store is awful, I got recommended to them by a mate. (benchmarx not bury one though) was absolute faff dealing with them. Loads of missing stuff then when it turned up the try charging more money. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful. Otherwise only would of been one star

We were really pleased with the help offered by Scott and Ricky at the Bury St Edmunds branch of Benchmarx.

They were able to work around a limited budget, offering a similar proposal to Howdens at an improved price, and were always responsive and timely during negotiations.

While there were a few missing, incorrect and damaged items during delivery, these issues were dealt with promptly and without fuss. In our experience, talking to friends and family it's rare to have a kitchen supplied with no hitch, but it says a lot about their service that they able to resolve these in a professional way that left us as happy customers.

The kitchen is fantastic too, and a great improvement on our previous one.

The design was A-class, customer service was amazing, the team was helpful, highly recommend using this company, especially the team in bury, thankyou, one highly satisfied customer
