In addition we also mentioned to Mike that we were planning on re-modelling our downstairs. Mike offered to project manage and supply the trades to provide this work too. Amir, who project managed the work and all the trades who La Casa provided were absolutely fantastic.
In summary the whole team at La Casa were amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend La Casa to friends and family, in fact, we already have!

We made an appointment with Mike to talk about 2 x bathroom replacement. We knew they only had one display but Mike said he could walk us through and show us options. When we got there Mike introduced us to another staff member and returned to customers who we were later told were overrunning their appointment. We showed the chap a floor plan and the current bathrooms to give an idea of what we were looking for but were greeted with folded arms and a lot of nods. We asked about the bathroom display but all he could tell us was that this was the only one they had and it was “expensive” – although he couldn’t tell us the price of any of it because he was a ”Kitchen Specialist”. We tried to make conversation by saying one of our bathrooms was small so any ideas to make it feel bigger like unit design, placement, tiles etc would be welcome. More nods, but no advice. We then asked if there was anything else we could see and were taken to the back to look at tiles. He stood there, arms folded whilst we had to look ourselves, only every tile we gravitated towards we were told they were “expensive” or “had a long lead time”. Getting very frustrated at this point we made our excuses saying we would call later to get Mike round to measure and left. As we passed Mike he cheerily said goodbye, none the wiser. The appointment lasted 18 minutes and it was a complete waste of our time – its not like we turned up unannounced. Perhaps our experience would have been different if Mike took it but we will never know... Just another note too, no staff member was wearing a mask and the customers in store had theirs on their chins.
