I visited the store this afternoon and was well looked after by Lisa, whose customer service was absolutely superb. Remarkably, she told me that it was her first day on the job and I was absolutely blown away by her product knowledge and ability to communicate this simply and effectively. More importantly though, Lisa has integrity, builds trust and genuinely wants what is best for the customer.

Thank you for all your help, Lisa. You made our shopping experience a very pleasant one and I expect that your colleagues and future customers will love you!

Love ProCook, apparently they are moving to different premises but not sure where. Hopefully, it will be somewhere bigger. The product they stock are excellent. I still use my chopping board and set of knives I bought from them 11 years ago and they are still in great shape.

Currently on closing down for relocation sale. Interesting little shop for all items of cookware. Like most shops on site they all are too cramped to get around easily. I witnessed several customers with items who just put them down as they didnt want to wait any longer in the queue. I almost did the same except I really wanted the item. You can receive digital receipts by entering your email address.

We make a point to visit this store when ever we go . Good selections . Clean , easy walking ways . Some items too pricy .but quality is there .

Great shop for all your kitchen needs when it comes to anything cooking. The staff are helpful and friendly and their knowledge of the things they sell helps you with your choices. We purchased a Stainless Steel Wok and are looking forward to some amazing food. Highly recommended by my wife and I.
