Terrible unhelpful unavailable if using them for appeal expect to be stressed as they don’t carry an available phone and not allowed to talk to them when needed waste of money!

As a union rep finding were your main office is is very helpful

guys I swear I'm telling the truth don't waste u money I been with Usdaw for years they never helped when I needed their help and they always stick on the employer side I have court hearing and I had to represent my self because they are care less I wasted my money paying them for all of this years
