I am an independent driver, personally delivering cars for this company and I love taking their vehicles to delighted customers across the country.
They're a joy to drive and in the six years I've been delivering vehicles I've never had a breakdown of any kind.
The staff team are friendly, courteous and happy to help in whatever way they can.
I haven't learnt how to hide registration numbers in photos so I can't upload many photos!

Bought a Disco Sport Used Approved December 21. Salesman Mike sent video of the car which included the boot closing automatically. When I took it for test drive I tested the boot and it didn't open automatically which Mike said he didn't know about... questionable.
Got the car home and Service Requred light came on. Next day Tyre Pressure warning light came on. 1x tyre 29 bar and other 3x were 31 bar. Should be 35 and 37 on light-load respectively. Mike admitted that they don't actually do the 135 Point Check that they say they'll do!
Mike told me to speak to Service to get it sorted. Service wanted the car for half a day but very reluctant to give Courtesy Car. They also didn't want to do Weekend. I work mon-fri which they don't seem to understand. I agreed that if I got the car in for 8am they would have it done by 9am. Arrived at 8am, lady said it would be done by 12noon/1pm with no record of the 9am agreement. Salesman not interested after he's made the Sale. I'd wanted a Disco Sport for a long time. The cars ok barring a few ongoing intermittent minor issues (noisy fans and voice control button and keyless entry doesn't always work) but the whole experience tarred by really bad customer service. Sytner really let down the brand. Wish I didn't buy from them. Didn't put up a review before incase service improves and it was a one off but it hasn't.

August 22, I receive an email about a Complimentary Air Conditioning Service. So I call up to see it entails and they say its regasing the system. Seems good so I book it in. The lady says I’ll need to leave the car with them. I said we don’t have a 2nd Car. Lady asked: “Haven’t you got someone else that can pick you up?” I’m 30min drive away, can really ask someone to drive down with me and then drop me back down there to collect 4 hours later. Anyway, I agreed I’d wait. They day before they Courtesy call me. I confirmed the time with the chap. He didn’t have me down as ‘a Waiting Customer’. So I explained the previous conversation. So I get to Sytner and they say it isn’t a ‘Service’ its just a complimentary air-con check and clean. They lady wanted to see proof of emails which I showed her. She then said that a re-gas is £350 so they cant do Complimentary. And as for the car clean, it was shocking. They sponge wash and don’t shammy so water marks all over. Its worse than when it went it. So ive wasted 1x days annual leave for them to tell me there’s nothing wrong with my air con, which I already knew. I hate the saying ‘Left hand doesn’t know what the right hands doing’ but its applicable here. Very frustrating place.

The customer service I received at Landrover Maidstone was 5 star. I was booked in for a service with a temporary car supplied. Walking through the door you are greeted with a smile and it continues with all of the staff. Michael was helpful informative and was a pleasure to deal with. Kim also went out of her way to answer extra questions i had.
For the outstanding customer service i shall definately be back.

Good greeting and coffee given. Unfortunately waited 27 minutes to have car book in for first service.
Verity called me later to confirm car had been serviced and to apologise for mix up and delay when booking car in. She also arranged for car to be valeted inside and out
Which was good customer service after delay this morning.
Verity saved the day and left me happy.

Appalling service. My car went for 3 weeks after it lost power. AA advised that it is something to do with DPF which was communicated to Sytner. After bill of £~1400 the same warning light came up on the dashboard within 3hrs. Response: drive for 25 min at 70 speed. Sadly, the car’s turbo exploded during journey abroad as DPF was blocked. Spent another £1500 for the car to be fixed, had to stay in hotel, hire a car, wasted holiday time, kids missed school ( additional £480 for that). On return to UK , car went back for a week. The engine warning sign was cleared but came back straight after. Today , I am still waiting for the info regarding what was done within that week . No contact from Sytner , no solution offered. I am stuck at home with no reliable vehicle, unable to take kids anywhere or in fact not even drive to work. My car was completely neglected whilst being with Sytner. Shame. I am very disappointed, frustrated and very angry. Not only that I have lost so much money but also time and health. Shame that there is no one taking responsibility for what is happening.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Maidstone. The process was stress free and pleasant. They was very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service!

Had a great experience with an emergency issue with my vehicle. The team have been brilliant and very supportive to help find time and resolve my issue, even though they did not have to. Highly recommend!
