Alik worked at 21 Moorfields in the role of Lead Geospatial Engineer for a period of 6 months from September 2021 to February 2022. He joined the project at a challenging time in terms of the geospatial workload, with little opportunity for handover from his predecessor. Alik quickly established an understanding of the surveying and control requirements of a complex project, proactively solving problems and developing good working relationships with sub-contractors. He managed the surveying priorities and workload of up to 3 other geospatial engineers, often helping with their on-the-job training and development. Alik’s overall punctuality and performance was of the highest standard, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for work of a similar nature

Alik done a great job for us on setting out our latest Banana Ripening Project which included 25 automated ripening rooms. The new distribution depot was set out millimetre perfect so that we could install the fully automated storage system. Our new rooms needed to be installed perfectly square with no +/- tolerance to ensure the continuous 4 way movement in and out of the ripening rooms by shuttles running on 2 support/guide channels. At short notice Alik was able to set up on site and mark the floor out all in one day without any issues or complication. This allowed our installers jobs so much easier and removed any doubt over site measurements.
