Claire Jones Gardens

We had a great experience with Claire. With a little design experience of my own I wanted to explore creating my own back garden design. Claire was really great at supporting us with the process - sharing some insider knowledge that she has garnered over the years but being quite honest with a few dud ideas we inevitably had. Claire clearly has great knowledge of design and plants which came to the fore when she reviewed our first stab at the design. After a few tweaks and suggestions for planting schemes we have implemented the design and been enjoying out garden. That said I would recommend using a professional landscaping firm such as that Claire uses as using builders, no matter how well you know them don't have the nous needed for this specialist area! Would thoroughly recommend Claire, she is friendly, knowledgable and professional - thanks Claire!

Claire did a fantastic job adding the plants to our garden. Her creative vision and knowledge of artistic lines fitted perfectly with what we wanted, a low maintenance and beautiful flower bed.

From the planning which was hugely enjoyable, with Claire taking soil samples, checking aspects, measuring etc and really getting to know our plot and asking us detailed questions about what we wanted from our garden, to then being presented with a very detailed plan....we couldn’t have been more impressed. After a couple of changes due to our personal preferences (which Claire instantly accommodated and suggested excellent alternatives) we signed off on the plans and awaited good weather for our garden to be constructed.
It is now finished and we couldn’t be more delighted with the end result. All the plants arrived looking healthier than any we have seen in garden centres and Claire and her team took great care in positioning and planting them.
The entire process from start to finish has exceeded our expectations and the garden is looking lovely already.
Over thirty years we have had three gardens professionally landscaped and planted and this is by far and away the best and the happiest experience.
In summary, we could not recommend Claire too highly.

Claire did a fantastic job transforming our new build, overlooked, patch of grass into a space that we can now enjoy. Such a clever design to make the most of the space and to provide much need privacy. Planting is beautiful and we are enjoying seeing new flowers bloom as the garden establishes itself. Claire Jones Garden Design created a stunning back garden for us. She listened to our brief and really asked the right questions to help understand what we wanted.
