Rude arrogant not very clever. Does not understand consumer rights. Thinks he is above the law. Bought an engine from us for his transit connect works van paid Tuesday £601 we shipped it same day to the address he requested it to be as he was desperate for it. Then later that day called to cancel because his boss had so called bought one else where. It had cost me £50 to ship to his address and then £70 to return because they changed there mind. So we have only offered a refund of £481 which is all he is entitled to as it’s him that is liable for the shipping costs not us under consumer rights act and also distance selling regulations. Then has the nerve to text me up to 10pm. At night calling me all the names under the sun saying he wants a full refund nothing else and I should be the one out of pocket for him changing him mind. People beware of this company
