Fantastic service provided by Scott, incredibly helpful and efficient. We ordered our gas fire pit on Wednesday and received it by 11am on the Friday. The product itself is excellent quality and we are very happy. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent quality items for the home/garden.

Luke was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. Disappointed with furniture range and considering they have a dedicated fire pit section why no tools for them. Please also ditch the dreadful colour of covers, sand for grey colored pots, yuk.

I visited Silverland yesterday twice as I was trying to find the perfect match to an existing patio. They were so helpful, really answered my questions patiently and even did an acid wash on a sample to show me how it would look in a year. Really good customer service and the showroom is great.

Really helpful staff. I ordered too much gravel and they agreed to take the excess back for a refund. I was really impressed that they're willing to help out like this. I'll definitely be using them again.
