I have had a few sessions of laser hair removal and I am very happy with the results and the treatment received by staff. The booking system is straightforward, the ladies who have seen me are lovely (normally seen by Mizara, but Raisa saw me once while Mizara was off), and they offer good discounts. I would have given them a 4.7 start, as the two things that could be improved are the consistency of appointment reminders and the tracking of appointments and sessions delivered. (Not sure whether they were experiencing issues with their system.)
I would recommend them to anybody!

Great team! Mizara is wonderful and makes me feel very comfortable, is super professional but mega lovely. After just 1 lazer hair removal session, I was so surprised with how good the results are. Really good ♥️

I absolutely love this clinic! I have had a few hydrafacial and it has made a massive improvement to my skin. I leaves my skin super clean and a nice glow. I can't wait to start my chemical peel treatments next week :) Raisa and Mizara are so lovely and very knowledged.

I've never had any type of facial before and didn't have any particular expectations...silly me!! What an incredible experience!! I was running late, but after a quick call I was assured that I would still be seen. Raisa and the team were all so warm and welcoming. She explained the whole procedure thoroughly, always asking if I had any questions or concerns. I found the sensation of the Hydrafacial sooo relaxing; like a gentle jet washer for your pores. My skin felt pleasantly tingling, alive and refreshed...AND my 11's were smoothed out (if you know, you know!) The glow is INCREDIBLE and the softness...like the skin of a newborn. The effects are still evident 2 weeks later...definitely not a "Fluffy Facial" (thanks for that one, Raisa!) but not too hardcore either. Personally, I would highly recommend it...I'm converted...I've already re-booked!!

Mizara and the whole team are great. They take the time to explain everything and always check that you are ok and getting what you want from the treatment. I’d highly recommend them for hair removal.

At first you don't know what to expect, but Mizara, who did the treatment made me feel relaxed and asked at every stage of the treatment, if I was ok. For years I was scared to do the laser hair removal, but I am so glad I did and I would recommend this clinic to have it ✔️ done.

Really fantastic experience - the staff are all helpful and friendly, and my treatments (done by Mizara) have been quick, stress-free and most importantly, effective!
