Laser Clinics UK - Kingston

Very happy with the Laser Clinics UK - Kingston clinic. Greta did my Microdermabrasion Refine today, and I’m very pleased with my experience. Greta was careful, always made sure I was doing okay and she was polite and nice. Greta's customer service is superb. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I had laser treatment with Greta in Kingston and I’m very happy with the result. Greta is very professional and polite she always checks if I’m doing okay which makes me feel comfortable. Looking forward for my next session. Would highly recommend this clinic.

If there's anything to take away here is don't buy 8 appointments at once just because it's less expensive as they don't refund, do one session or two to see if everything is fine because there's different staff each time.

I've done about 8 sessions here I wanted to wait until it's done to review. I think the accountability is not good at all in this clinic...
They let a new staff member do laser removal on my face. I agreed (because it's pretty easy to not laser off parts where you haven't shaved) and she lasered off part of my left hairline... This made me look really funny for months. Yes I did get a sorry from someone else working there but what annoyed me is her: 'but at least it's growing right?'.. I have no words obviously it's been lasered off so not all hair is going to grow back. It's still patchy after half a year.
I've moved to do my treatments in another clinic now.
The experience here has been tiring overall, please don't contact me with vouchers or anything of the sort I'm not removing my review not interested in discussing because I'm still angry & I'm not interested in coming back here.

Had my second Laser Hair Removal session here today with Jo. I am so pleased with both the service and the clinic as a whole - how professional everyone was, and immaculately clean the clinic is. Excellent service for what you are charged - the process was clearly explained to me throughout the sessions. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back!

Ive had over 6 sessions at the kingston branch and it’s really made a difference. The staff is lovely but Greta in particular has really made me feel comfortable and looked after me so well. She was very good and comforting during the treatment and also friendly. Highly recommend.

I came to visit this clinic a few months ago to try out the Hydrafacial Deluxe as they had a summer sale on and I've heard great things about it and after just one treatment my skin has never felt better! I'm glowing (in a good non greasy way). My skin feels plump and hydrated with no blackheads 🤩 this treatment is amazing ! All of the staff at this branch are very knowledgeable and I have a thorough consultation before each treatment!
Ive had a few different therapist do my treatment before and all of them have been great but Greta was outstanding! The information she provided me with and the aftercare advice was amazing ! So thank you! I will be continuing my Hydrafacial treatments with team Kingston .

Just had the most unpleasant experience in Laser UK Kingston, where I was called a thief because I didn’t want to pay for a treatment I already paid! They were happy to take my money but not able to track my sessions and advise they were expiring. Today new questions on the questionnaire were added to say “I acknowledge the sessions have expiry date”. This makes me think that I wasn’t the only one in this situation.
I was threatened to be taken to the police, so I have contacted Citizens Advice Bureau and I am ready to respond to any persecution. The owner of this franchise is terrible and the high staff turn over can attest to that!

I have had two treatments so far at the Laser Clinics UK Kingston and results have been amazing! Lily-Rose did my treatment and she is extremely informative, thorough and made me feel instantly at ease under her care. Thank you very much.
