I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Ania. I started my adventure with laser hair removal (full legs and more). I am after the 3rd treatment and I cannot express what a good choice it was. Everything is explained in detail during the consultation, you’ll leave feeling well informed and ready for treatment. Ania also did an amazing job on my face. Very good communication she informed me of each product that was used and which products I can use after the treatment. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend her services :)

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This is the best laser hair removal salon. I’ve been going here since October last year for hair removal sessions due to excess facial hair growth because of health problems, the results are amazing. My face looks and feels so much better. It’s affordable too. I definitely recommend 100%. The workers are so kind and polite, they make me feel so comfortable and I’m so happy that I chose to go here.

I have been using Laser Clinics services in Ealing Broadway for six months. I am very pleased with the effectiveness of their treatments, I can see the improvement in my skin condition. Especially I would like to mention Kasia, who is very friendly and professional. She examined my skin and made sure that the treatment provided is specifically tailored to my problem. Each session with her is very relaxing, she always greets me with a big smile and she is happy to listen to all my concerns.

I have been using this clinic for my laser hair removal for sometime now and I have had excellent customer service over the phone from a member of staff called Crystal. Crystal was so polite and ever so helpful in helping me to book my appointments. She was also very efficient and noticed that my husbands telephone number was wrong on their system which made us finally understand why he never received any text messages to inform of future appointments. This was a great spot by Crystal who quickly rectified the issue at hand . Look forward to seeing her when I attend my next appointment a lovely member of staff thank you so much.

I have been using Laser Clinics services for the past few months and thought I should to write a review praising both their staff and the quality of their services. They have been exceptional! I particularly wanted to mention Sonia, one of the staff members there, who has been very kind, patient, and understanding during our sessions!!! I would totally encourage people to come here.

I visited this branch a couple of times. The service provided by Yasmin was excellent. She's very thorough and keeps you well informed. Also attentive and super polite. I am ultimately satisfied with the service she's provided. The place itself is very clean and the team are generally very nice and friendly. Positive experience!

Crystal is fantastic! She is extremely friendly and makes my laser treatments so much more enjoyable! She knows exactly what she is doing and gives me the best advice on how I should treat my skin before and after. Anyone that has Crystal doing their treatments will feel so happy and comfortable. I definitely recommend her, just purchased more treatments that I requested to have with her. If I could, I would rate Laser Clinics a 10/10!

I had my lip fillers done by Dr Max. From the beginning to the end he was helpful, kind, understanding and answered all my questions and concerns. The consultation was thorough and we discussed alternative treatments and even gave me the option to pick what I’d like. He also answered my questions and email on a Sunday afternoon, which was very helpful and amazing. I love my new lips. Thank you!
