AMAZING! The customer service is brilliant and accommodating. I received laser hair removal and Kate is awesome! So funny and puts you at ease throughout the process (even sings! :)), I am so happy with the results, after 4 sessions almost no hair! Best place i have been to - highly recommend!

Before finding this clinic, I had previously had laser done 2 years prior in manchester where I had an awful experience (80% my own fault because I didnt research the salon). Anyway that experience both taught me my lesson, but also partly scarred me as I was hesitant undergoing the whole process again. I deal with seriously thick body hair, so I knew I just had to trust in doing it right the second time round (ie doing my research and reading as many reviews as I could). So with this,I found this clinic. I am now just over half way through my sessions (i booked 6 sessions lower leg, underarms, and upperlip and chin), and I can say it has been the most exhilarating experience seeing the results. I have seen over 75% hair reduction in all the areas. The most worrying part for me was thinking what if the treatment doesnt work, leaving me with even thicker hairs (because you are required to shave before each session). But how wrong I was to think this. Anyone with hair issues and who has access to one of Mayfair Aesthetic Branches, this is a must. I attend the moorgate branch, and I have had the most incredible therapist - Kate - do my laser. So so friendly, makes you feel comfortable at each session and has a great understanding of how each of her clients' hair areas are progressing throughout the process. Also to add, im on the Soprano Platinum hair removal course, and in my opinion it really is less painful than waxing.

I normally have Kate and she's always very friendly and chatty and puts me at ease. The service never feels rushed and you can tell it's a professional job. I wouldn't go anywhere else for laser now - I had 6 sessions with a different company (and different laser) previously and you can tell the improvement from this one. Will keep coming back!

I tried a few laser clinics before coming to Mayfair Aesthetics as a last ditch effort to find a laser that works well for black people and that wasn't painful. I absolutely love the laser they use at Mayfair Aesthetics, works well and isn't painful.

The icing on the cake is the super friendly staff and the relaxing environment of the clinic. I would definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend Mayfair for laser hair removal. I specifically chose them because they use the soprano ice laser, which is less painful than other lasers. Therapists are super thorough, and treatment has been wonderfully effective :) Mayfair has always been very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering laser hair removal!
