Very professional and friendly staff specially the manager. Her welcoming smile and greeting makes one at home and if you are a nervous patient like me, she puts your mind at ease. She runs a great team.
Very clean establishment and the Therapists and practitioner are highly experienced. All the treatments that I have had so far been to highest standard.
Highly recommend the place.

Today was my 2nd session of laser removal for legs, bikini and under arm. My therapist was Patrice, who was super professional, nice, welcoming and took into account my sensitivity to the pain. She was very caring. I highly recommend this place for laser removal, the entire team is lovely.

Amazing clinic for laser treatments!! Excellent place and service - I've been having a laser treatment at Premier Laser & Skin Clinic Liverpool St with Liveta for a few months and she has been wonderful, very professional, experienced, and lovely. The first consultation with Sarah the manager was also brilliant, she is really friendly, informative and helpful.
I am halfway through my laser treatment and the results have been fantastic so far. I am very impressed and really wish I had done this years ago... I felt no pain and the treatment is very quick and over within 5 minutes, using the lastest laser technology.
I highly recommend this clinic, you won't regret it!!

I have had eight sessions at Premier Laser Liverpool Street - I have been very happy with the sessions and the results (they are undeniable). I have tended to have a different practitioner in each session, but all have been very nice and professional and always made me feel comfortable. Jamie D did my last session and provided good advice on how to proceed with top ups etc. All and all I would highly recommend Premier Laser for laser treatments!

Been coming for my laser treatment for nearly a year and always been taken care of. Patrice and Lenka are so patient and have made my journey comfortable. Have seen fantastic results since being with them with reduced growth.

The therapists are great, but their booking system changes the appointment time. The original appointment confirmation email I had received when I made the appointment stated the time of the appointment to be 12:45. But when I arrived they told me the appointment was at 12:30, because that is the time they sent on the reminder email. Well I don't expect the reminder email to have a different time so I don't check for details.
Of course this means a lost appointment. I don't feel confident rebooking.
