There is a complete disconnect between what appears to be available on your website and what is actually available in the clinic. In fact, after meeting with the consultant I felt your services are rather old school and not up to date. I was also called a few days before my appointment to ask if I could make it 15 minutes earlier (sure, no problem) but was then sat in reception for well over an hour. Finally, whilst the receptionist was nice, she had no idea what was going on, making comments like "I hate chatting on the phone", telling callers she was really busy (she was not), and misplacing my confidential paperwork.

The environment was really friendly, it felt really welcoming. Elena who did my treatment was really knowledgeable and and made me comfortable throughout.

Professional and friendly staff who always make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend the hydra facial treatments, fantastic results! Thank you.

They are very friendly and helpful. They explain all that they are going to do and while they are doing the treatment they check to see how you are feeling and if it is ok to carry on. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
