The Laundry Room

Don't go to this place. They quoted me one price of £13.25 per ladies half length coat so I deposited three coats. When I returned one hadn't been dry cleaned at all due to a delicate collar and they insisted the other two items now would cost £31.00. The lady owner was adamant that despite originally quoting me one price I now had to pay a different price and the two coats aren't even properly pressed. What a complete rip off

First class service from the lady who works here. However if someone else other than her is tending the shop; service may not be quite as good.

I am using the laundry room , for my AirBnb business more then a year . Flawless , brilliant quality , lovely service . Never let me down . I highly recommend it . £10 for a medium
£15 for a large
£1:50 for five min small dryer
£4 for five min on a large dryer is disgusting and a huge increase out of nowhere I really hope the customers don't stand for this I know we are in times of economic hardship like the lady said but how does doubling the price help that looks like I'll be using the better non rip off launderettes at the bottom end of town owners and staff should be ashamed of themselves

I went into the Laundry Room in Cheltenham again today, and I've noticed that the cost of using the machines have increased by 100%, that is a total diabolical increase, especially when you consider the washing machines don't throughly wash your cloths & the dryers don't throughly dry your items either, thankfully I've only ever used that dump to wash my work clothes, but overall its NOT a good shop at all, and now the management have the cheek to increase their prices by 100%, what a total joke. I definitely won't be using that place again, and I advise other customers to follow suit. There are other Laundrettes in Cheltenham like Soap & Suds on lower High Street that are considerably cheaper, and who can do a much better job.
AVOID THE LAUNDRY ROOM.

I am so disappointed and angry. I took my king size duvet for a wash and dry and it came out of the washer covered in dog hair. I cannot get all the hairs off so will have to bin it as it is no longer hypoallergenic. What a waste of time and more importantly money. They should keep a separate washer for animal blankets.

Small staffed launderette with modern equipment, otherwise very basic. Seating is very low and uncomfortable wooden benches in front of the washing macines, designed for laundry baskets, of which there are very few, rather than people. Certainly not recommended for the eldery to sit on! Prices for self-service very reasonable for a town centre location.Cash only.
