Dropped off a duvet for a wash asking that it be completely dry as I have no dryer at home. I paid on delivery but did not receive a receipt { I should have asked for one.} on collection the man demanded I pay and said there was CCCTV to prove I had not. So I asked to see it. Of course it did not exist so he gave in. The duvet was wrapped in plastic. On getting home I found it was more than damp and will take several days to dry out. He is rude and deceitful.

Have been there twice with repairs, both of which have come back looking like it was someone's first time ever on a sewing machine. Also, cash only adds an extra annoyance

Brought a belted trouser with a fabric belt to dry clean, when picking it up the belt was missing. The guy was extremely rude claiming the belt was never there. Terrible customer service, amateur laundry.

The Iranian guy that owns this place is a great guy and was always efficient but since he left the Pakistani guy in charge it’s gone completely downhill. He is rude and confrontational and offers some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Use the launderette across the road, it’s much better 👌👌
