Shooters Hill WOW Launderette

Very nice experience today, when i had to do some washing of duvets. Paris was very very helpful her customer service was excellent - service with a smile. Provided the right change too , as I only had a large note. Recommended.....but I wonder why its called WOW....

As far as laundrette's go, I have only had a pleasant experience with this business. Machines are in working condition and I'm not expecting hotel reception service in a place where I go to wash my clothes. I'm giving this business 5 stars because throughout this pandemic, they have been open offering a much needed service to those of us who don't have washing machines and dryers at home. It's small businesses such as these which keep us going and I ask that people please support them if they can.

Too our lovely customers who have been asking for the king size machine it is now up and running again and we will be happy to have you all back washing your duvets and larger loads of washing we will always be happy to help and our customers are the number one priority again thank you for being patient while the King size was out of service and was waiting to be fixed. And remember the opening times are currently 10am-6pm 7 days a week will inform all our customers when the times return back to normal thank you for you patience and custom.

Staff are really nice and welcoming Chelsea and Lisa and robyn are all very helpful and willing to help if needed they take there time with service washes and and get it done the same day

Half of the machines don't work, the other half are being used by the "very rude owners". They shout and are just so rude. The machines are very old and dirty. In order for the washer to work yoy really need to press the handle so hard, it hurt my hand. There is no change given back! No organization no system just chaos!
