Super Laundrette

I tried to call them on two different numbers but no one answered!

Normally price for drying machine is £2 for 25 or 30 mins but here is 16 mins!

Also the high temperature for drying machine is not right! I already spent £4 and my stuff is not even dry yet!!

Not recommended at all!

Worst washing place I’ve ever been (and I’ve been to many in this world)
1.) no money changing machine (so had to change over the street at Indian shop)
2.) no washing powder or soap to buy
3.) no plastic thingy to transport your laundry from washing machine to dryer
4.) First washing machine broken and stole my coins
5.) no information which dryer to put in money so put in the wrong one and had to change machine
This place is called super laundrette but should be called the worst laundrette instead
Will never use again this place
You pay 6 pounds for a normal machine and to get things dry another 3 pounds

Machines aren't in the best condition and this unstaffed place is expensive compared to more reputable coin washes.

Posting the rates as of August 2019 to help you decide on whether this place is worth your time and money-had I known, I'd have avoided. Please note there is no coin changer and the shops nearby occasionally run out of change or decline giving you change so come prepared if you still visit.

Rates for the wash machines:
7kg 19minute wash for £5
10kg 19minute wash for £6.50
13kg 19minute wash for £7.50
18kg 19minute wash for £9.50

Rates for the dryers: (extortionate and some do not work)
3minute dryer usage for 50p
6minute dryer usage for £1

Open 7.30-10pm which is very handy. Choice of 4 sizes of modern washing machines and soap powder dispenser. Adequate seating and central table. Change obtainable from shops opposite. Unstaffed, but mobile numbers provided on the wall to call for assistance. Flooring and walls need a bit of redecoration, but thats not as important as getting the laundry done. Choice of cheap eateries nearby if you are hungry.

Better off hand washing your clothes .. this place is a dump .. no one runs the place .. they might as well close the shop

Great place to dance to the sound of washing machines...... or you could just wash your clothes here, you choose.

Good place to wash. Clean machine
Flooring well decorated. Been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks always clean and machines working fine. Think they have gotten a new cleaner.

Only laundrette in the area which is open on Christmas day as well. We had an urgent travel and this shop was a Lifesaver.
