The Laundrette

Good laundrette, handy to have. Parking in the side streets. Variety of different side washing machines. Large tumble dryers as well. Best advice is to bring a book.

7kg machine - £3.50

10kg machine - £4.50 (I used cool normal, took 30 mins)

16kg machine - £7.00

Dryers

£5 for an hour (£1 for 12 minutes)

I have been washing my down duvet.
Was using hot washing cycle for 30 mins. That cost me £8. Not perfect but decent result.

First time visiting and the place looked quite dirty, food and empty cups around. This is just down to customers not tidying up after themselves I guess.
The floors are quite grubby and it would benefit more if they had stickers of the drums on each machine rather than having to check the website. I washed a duvet and when I pulled it out it got marks on from the dirty door rim. And then I had to be careful that it didn't touch the dirty floor. This place could do with a weekly clean atleast. Machine only takes coins which is fine as I was prepared from checking the website before , parking was a nightmare as side streets are all full and getting a space in the lay-by is a waiting game. But eventually I done it. Next time I think I'll try a different place.

Really impressed with the new washing Machines

Good place for laundry, it doesn't look very clean but it's not too bad. Prices are okay. During weekends it's quite busy and sometimes there's a bit of waiting, especially for dryers.

Dryer recently was blowing cold air and I lost time and money so I phoned the mobile number where the chap said he would post my refund back
This was 3 weeks ago and nothing so far!
The same crook won't even answer my calls now!

No costumer service available, they have 2 numbers on the website and both not answering, I lost 7£ on machine w11 so don't use that one!
If there was less than 1 star I would put it.

You will need change but powder 70p machine wash £4 or £5 depending on wash. 2 large machines . Clean and tidy.
