Laundrette was lovely and clean and the owner was so polite and friendly. Lovely seating area whilst waiting for your washing or drying. Social distancing was carried out and people were waiting outside until people left. Very impressed.

Very modern machines and pleasant, helpful owners. Man recommended Joe’s Cafe for breakfast and said to take my time as he would transfer clothes to dryer. Very nice laundromat ((And Joe’s was good as well.)

Cardiff Laundrette services have been a lifesaver! Caring for a disabled person is difficult enough without dealing with piles of laundry. Cardiff laundrette have been consistent, reliable with an excellent approach towards their customers… I definitely recommend them!

Small launderette, but fast washers and dryers. Reasonable prices too. I'll definitely come back again. Even when my washer-dryer is fixed. Staff there are very nice and helpful.

Staff member who does the alternations went above and beyond to help me fix a broken zip that I was told by two other alteration shops in the area was unfixable.

I would be silent about your experience. originally light pants were lined with black thread, is this your professionalism?
pants and a stroller that my husband first took away when we returned together in 15 minutes you were gone.
the next day with a photo (which I will attach) which clearly shows the pants without a defect, you said that this is not an indicator.

despite the price of pants, I was most impressed by your attitude, complete lies and dishonesty.
It is very unfortunate that in a beautiful country where the customer is valued, where everything is based on decency and friendship, people like you work.
