About 3 weeks ago 6 heavy bags of washing come to £54 no issues there. Yesterday partner picked up 4 bags which had 2 King size quilts, 1 double quilt, 2 single blankets and a large blanket. On arrival you admitted to melting a quilt and charged £104 which is a joke. Not only half the weight but double the price and melted a quilt. Personally I would have left them there and not paid as its cheaper to buy brand new but my partber not liking difficult situations felt awkward. Hoping there's some sort of agreement we can come to because this isn't acceptable. Look forward to hearing your response.

Went at 10.45 a few Sundays ago... was not open. And I was not happy.

A month later.... have found opening hours info is being kept a bit more up to date now. This is really important to customers!
As other reviews have said, staff are def really friendly and helpful.

I use the Launderette at least 3 times a week for service wash and dries.Cannot say enough how fantastic the service is there,Tracie especially is so helpful.Since using the launderette I haven’t had to iron a thing as my clothes are folded with care and I’m able to put them away easily.Opening hours are good and I know if needed collections and deliveries are available.5 star!

Excellent service, Dryers always available staff member Tracy so helpful and welcoming. Clean and tidy lovely atmosphere only laudrette I use.
