Genuinely the worst experience we've ever had with an external contractor.

- 3 to 4 months wait times for new garments (plain white food coats!)
- garments being returned dirty
- garments frequently going missing or not being returned

Avoid at all costs and use another provider.

Most terrible company to work for. Employees forced to work 45 hours per week and forced to do even more hour whilst already waking up at 5 am... Forced change of hours without reasanoble notice (I was forced to start at 5 am the next day, meaning weaking up 4 am Saturday and Sunday ) Otherwise they suspend people to show force because it all migrants working that dont speek english. Please HOTELS, do not give them order to fullfil. PLEASE HELP US ALL

the worest experience I have had since I start my hotel business was 2018 when someone called Matthew start to deal with us .the new management doesn't help at all.
can't find any one who can sort any problem.
derty linen,wrong numbers ,bad smell.
only you can speak to Matthew who never help but only graping money.

Pain to park up with a wagon when they are all back.

Love working as a driver for this company x

Bright clean well stocked. Plenty of staff on the tills. Impressive store.
