Called on a Tuesday after the bank holiday about a suit needed for a wedding on the Friday! Ann was fantastic and rushed the clean through and I was able to pick this up on the Friday nice and early without any additional panic! Absolute life savers, great quality, value and staff! Would happy recommend and will use again!

What a great find in Stevenage, i went after reading the reviews and i can say i wasn't disappointed. Had a suit dry cleaned and it came back perfect. The owner was very friendly.

I had my wedding dress pressed along with 4 shirts and the staff were so friendly and accommodating along with quick service. A lot of care was taken, I’m very thankful. I’ll be going back to get my dress cleaned. Will always use here going forward.

Stevenage Laundry is an awful dishonest service. They lost my linen and mixed it up with another customer's linen (which had the companies label on). Even with all this, the owner repeatedly told me that customers laundry is never mixed. I returned their customer’s linen, to this day I haven't been refunded or compensated for my linen or the money I paid for my laundry to be pressed. The owner (Parol) is dishonest and untrustworthy that will lie to your face, even when presented with the tangible facts. I would never use this service ever again. Because of their actions I've lost contracts with a very important client. I've also lost out financially. I'm looking into taking this fraudulent owner to a small claims court to seek justice. - here is your review you kept haggling me for!

I had a coat dry cleaned here. It only took a few days, I was very pleased with the result, the price was reasonable and the service was very friendly and professional. Five stars, definitely recommend, and will definitely use again.

Lovely service. Very polite staff. Reasonable pricing. Had my curtains done there just before Christmas 2022, would definitely recommend them for dry cleaning.
