Handed in a three-piece suit for cleaning, stored in a carry-able suit cover and hanging on a set of heavy-duty suit hangers. Upon collection, the suit was returned in a thin plastic wrap and all hanging on one disposable hanger: my carry-case and suit hangers all thrown away! Chased up Johnsons via email and never got a response. Next time I'll use a dependable local place instead. I'm sorry to say, you should avoid Johnsons Cleaners.
