Brilliant and professional service. I had a very stubborn stain no other dry cleaner could get out, and they did! They tried three times (with no extra charge) and the white blazer looks new. I cannot recommend this dry cleaner enough; they take great pride in their work and get the job done! Thank you so much again.

Returned a shirt to me with a big blue stain on the front and tried to tell me that the stain was there when I gave it to them. Each time I gave them clothes I would point out to them the tiniest stain, or they would point out stains to me. Their theory is that somehow both I and they missed this giant blue stain on the front of the shirt when I gave it to them. The picture shows the stain after the tried a second time to remove it, so is slightly faded.

Great service, had my bridesmaid dress taken in, where quite a bit of fabric needed to be removed. End result looked great and fit me so well!! Reasonably priced too

disgraceful service, you should be ashamed for the price you’re charging. £65 to have a washing load straight out of the dryer, not folded and dumped into a bag & then shouting at me in the shop when I complain about the quality. How you have the audacity to treat customers so poorly is beyond me.

My red puff jacket is stained with other darker colour clothes, ruined. Very unprofessional service.

Mediocre service, some pieces returned to me with the original stains. Others returned to me with new stains. Missing attention to detail when fixing clothes.

I think the dry cleaning service is very ordinary. I had given a white shirt in for dry cleaning. Upon collection, there was a big stain on the front centre of the shirt which wasn’t present when I had given it in.

The staff tried to pass it off as a stain that was present when I handed it in. This wasn’t the case and I tried to reason that I would have definitely noticed a stain that centrally located.

I admit there were stains towards the bottom of the shirt (the reason for me handing it in for dry cleaning) but this was a new stain.

There was no point arguing as they wouldn’t accept the mistake.

I would rate this as a rather ordinary device. If you do decide to us them, I would at the very least take photos or double check your shirts beforehand to later highlight new stains.

Extremely disappointed with this.

To their credit, they did try to say they could use stronger chemicals (50% chance). But they wouldn’t take accountability for the stain and said I wills have to pay extra to try the chemical approach.
