Have tried 3 times in the last week to get my blazer at different times (10:30,12:30 and 14:00) every time I arrived it was shut and no phone number or information why it’s shut and when they are going to open again . Phone number on top of sign passed me through to an answering machine that drops the call. Opening times say 9:00-15:00. won’t use again as I can’t get my clothes in time when needed.

Took advantage of special offer to dryclean 2 duvets any size for £25! Very helpful and accommodating staff. Agreed collection date and the 2 duvets were cleaned and refreshed and had a very pleasant fragrance, no nasty chemical smell at all! Very impressed with the good quality zip bags included. Will definitely use Durrells services again. Highly recommend.

Came to collect clothes at 1625 on a Friday… place locked up and closed!!!!!!!!! No signage at shop or info online on opening hours…Hopefully will reopen at some point!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Will not reuse
