Dry Cleaning Point

Professional service. Dry cleaned my coats and I was very happy with the results. Staff were friendly, and I'd highly recommend using them. I had requested for my coats to be ready by Friday and they we're done by the wednesday. Very efficient!

Winter clothes and a quality wool scarf came back shrunk and the dry cleaner did not take any responsibility at all but instead said other customers did not mind their service and asked me to contact their subcontractor when I pushed them further. The whole experience was a DISASTER. If you care for your clothes especially with wool or cashmere, don't take them to this place.

This is absolutely terrible - not only making up the prices as they go, but lying to my face (about having done any of the work) and damaging nice items of clothing. I had paid upfront for an item to be altered, but it took so long I had to take it elsewhere (3 weeks). I will go elsewhere in future.

Clothes were late, and then not even ready at the revised time. Ruined a jacket and then in trying to fix it made it worse (photo shows how poor the sewing is). Altered something differently to how asked making it too small to wear.

I had a really great experience here - I dropped off a coat to get the zipper replaced and to get it dry cleaned. They were very helpful and even noticed a rip in the side of the coat which they stitched up for me at no extra cost. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming - I've since brought another coat to be dry cleaned and they both look great! I will definitely use this service again.

Prices are so good and the owner is lovely, I called up just before they closed to ask if they could stay out for 10 minutes as I desperately had to collect my item and they said no problem we'll do that, I came about 15/20 minutes later and he was still open and not one complaint from he.
