I wanted my dress to be washed and ironed. We agreed a date and everything supposed to be fine. In fact, I received a dress with a spot on it a day later 😱 and spent the evening washing it myself . The staff wanted me to believe that it is OK and no one would see the spot. Terrible service. Never ever again.

This is a charming place, the proprietor is friendly and always available. I was only charged £12 for a huge bag of laundry to be service washed, it was ready the same day all clean and folded. Great service and nice finishing touches.

Describing their staff as 'polite' would be understatement. They go over and beyond, are helpful and always with a big smile. Price for a small load was about £3, larger about £4-5 and drying is just a pound per 15 min. Their machines are large, sturdy and will fit even rugs (mine was 2x2m and fit!). Warmly recommend!

Took a coat to be dry cleaned and it was returned covered with more fluff than when it went in. I’ll rather walk to Holloway Road to have an item dry cleaned next time.

Washing machines are well priced. And this is one of the few places that you can still get someone to change paper money for you! However the dryers need to be more in the place as there are several broken ones there. Only about 4 dryers work and that spells disaster as it is quite a popular place. Owner needs to consider fixing at least one of those dryers or he/she could lose customers,at least for the laundry part. There is also a seamstress who amends clothes,at the front of the shop-ask for times that she will be there though as it doesn't seem to be on a regular basis!

Absolutely terrible experience, DO NOT GO. I used their dry cleaning service for a brand new jacket, worn only once, only two sweat stains that were there for a day as I took it to be cleaned straight after I wore it. First they wanted to charge me a higher price for a padded coat not a jacket, then returned it with the staines still there and asked me to pay again if I want it to be washed again to remove the stains, so just wanted more money out of me. Never ever going there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
