Victoria's ironing

I started using Victoria's Ironing service earlier this year and I wonder why I didn't do so sooner.

Booking of collection, yes collection, and delivery is easy and very straightforward. And if for some reason either myself or them need to change anything, the response is quick and has always been accommodated.

Pricing is very reasonable and for the work they deliver, I find it worth the money.

Inna is lovely, always polite, happy to have a quick chat and often has my ironing done a day earlier then scheduled.

Most importantly - my ironing gets delivered crisp, on hangers (self provided, but they have extra), covered in a wrap as when you go to a physical store and ready to wear.

I highly recommend them.

Inna provides a professional , friendly, cost effective and courteous service . Having been let down in the past by other ironing providers I was sceptical about using someone recommended on an app but I haven’t regretted it at all. You can use Inna and her team with confidence .

I’ve been using Victoria’s ironing service since January 2021 and would highly recommend this. Inna is a warm friendly and helpful person who offers a high quality professional service. There is a regular pick up and drop off service and the process is simple and seamless. The pricing structure is straightforward and simple and I’ve had no cause for complaint. My ironing is delivered back on time and in perfect condition.

Victoria is brilliant at ironing. The super king bed linen and fitted sheets (which are so hard to iron) were perfect! Shirts, children’s clothes and linen items were all ironed well. My ironing was collected and returned on time (only 2 days turn around) and I was kept informed via messages. I’ve just had my second load collected and will be using her regularly! Thanks so much!
